Day 9 - Exploring Peñiscola
In this post, we share our journey to Peñiscola and our stay at the secured parking area called La Brisa. We talk about our decision to explore the town’s old narrow streets leading up to the historical castle, known as Castillo Del Papa Luna, and the breathtaking views it offers of the Mediterranean Sea.
We also delve into our experience with the local weather, as the first couple of nights were quite windy. Despite the weather, we remained excited and determined to continue our journey.
Join us as we recount our exploration of Peñiscola, from the beautiful promenade to the stunning views from the castle. We also share our plans for the future, including our upcoming visit to a place that has been on our minds since we saw it on the map.
